If it's a 2007/2008 MacBook Pro, there was a known issue with the GPU where it would overheat and lift from the board. Had this issue with mine, had to remove the logic board and put it in the oven/heat the GPU with a heat gun to get it to reattach.

I actually have done this and it fixed 2 NES systems that friends of mine had given up on and had written off as broken. I can swear by it, at least in my experience. I've done it 3 or 4 times, and it always worked.

I am not too knowledgable on the subject, but I do have 20 or so pairs of sneakers and love buying more when I get the chance. Not a big collector as such, but I think I have an ok collection.

I have to say, I think my ROOS are my favourite shoes for sure.
