More like "the Internet is in my basement" (the elders of the Internet don't trust it on Big Ben anymore.....)

LOL. Just read through this whole thread.

The look will probably change to default in the beginning and then I'll start farting around with it after that.

But nothing to worry about now, I have the data and I have the time on Saturday to crank it out.

Interesting part to me was no one wants any more sub-boards, stick with the three.

I was going to throw on ads for users that weren't logged in ... would people care about that? (i.e. lurkers/non-members would see them. logged in people wouldn't see any)

Is your new hosting provider something that costs you $$ out of pocket?
If so, then having ads to offset that cost is a good idea.....I don't think anyone would mind if you "just did it" ;-)
Otherwise, keeping ads off a site makes it much more attractive/credible on every level.....it's like saying "We don't need no stinking badges.......er....um.......ad sponsoring...." :D

I would like to see a restoration area.

Lots of newbies want to know how to sand or chemical strip a CP or get it sandblasted and powder coated, polish plastics, install new leg supports where the huge Atari Tee Nuts once stood or installing T molding properly!!

That one drives me nuts! Some people don't know or care to cut the spline depending on outside or inside curve or even tilt the cab back and apply one staple under the front to hold it down.

Put metal parts in a tumbler? Well that's more for pinball restos, so does not apply very much here unless its a midway coin door from pacman days.
Pins: Popeye, JD, DM, STTNG, TZ, WOZ, RS.. just need IJ
Vids: Asteroids Deluxe,Tron,Battle Zone,Neo Geo 4,Centipede,Fix it Felix, SF 2,Space Duel,Major Havoc,World Class Bowling Deluxe,Radikal Biker,Golden Tee,Sega Super GT,Rampage,Cosmic Avengers
