GONE! Fix It Felix Jr
Gone-zo! Thanks!
Selling my Fix It Felix Jr. cab. She's a beauty! All artwork from ArcadeSkin.com The bezel art was a beeeeyotch to work with, so flimsy, so it has a overlap/cut line (see pic.) Other than that art is great. Cab in perfect condition (brand new repro, spray booth painted). This isn't an original Ninty cab repurposed. So, coin door is an over/under model, not a nintendo coin door. What you're getting is essentially a dedicated machine running FIFJr off a PC.
Kids love it, your geek friends will love it, and it will get you laid more often. Honestly, that's why I'm selling. Can't handle the action any more so I'm going back to my lonely Missile Command existence.
Asking $850, pick up in Peterborough. Delivery an option for an additional $850, so don't pick that option because even at $850 I'd have to mull it over. Faaaack I hate delivering.
Always willing to listen to trade offers involving classic vids (especially cabarets!), classic Stern pins, classic Bally pins, and Gottlieb wedgeheads.
Thanks, and feel free to ask for more pics.
Daniel

How does this work, computer inside with hidden button?

Re: FS: Fix It Felix Jr
Yep. Button on top of cab where you'd often find a toggle switch. I have it on a power bar (along with other games).. so flick power bar, push top button, play FiFJr. When done, push button again and it shuts down. No reaching in for PC buttons or whathaveyou.

Re: FS: Fix It Felix Jr
Why the hidden button? Doesn't it have a "boot on power loss" option in the BIOS ?

Let me guess.....you're the type of badass that likes to remove a USB stick without dismounting it first

Perfectly legit question...
On my "modified" games..
Defender boots to defender when I turn the power bar on...
Dragon's Lair boots directly to dragon's lair
Space Ace boots directly to Space Ace...
See the pattern

Re: FS: Fix It Felix Jr
Good Q, but In order to use that option, I'd have to just switch the machine off. Would rather it shut down properly each time.

Gee thanks.
It's an arcade game, not a computer for doing work on. If there's some data loss due due to too many improper shutdowns so what. It's easy to set up a backup partition to restore from. But point taken on at least having the option there.
