This is to settle an argument with someone who thinks that most collectors will list DK as their favourite arcade game (I seriously suspect he jerks off to Donkey Kong when no one is looking)......

Donkey Kong isn't even in my top 10.

To be honest I was never much of a fan of Donkey Kong, but as my kids start to get into the classics they really resonate with DK & Pac-Man. Maybe because they recognize them. I have to admit it's pulling me in.

Before my time, though nothing against the game or anything.

Not at all. But it's the next game I'm going to unlock in the cabinets I made my kids. It's simple enough for 4 year olds.

They aren't ready for Robotron yet.

I forget the stat they spit out in King of Kong - Fistful of quarters. Something like the average game of Donkey kong lasts like a minute or something?

It is a brutally unforgiving game, what fun is that? Not even in my top 1000 games of all time.

How could I pick just one? I love so many, but I always come back to Robotron.
