Soooo they did technically make it to Toronto for Christmas. But didn't make it to me until today.

It's the girlfriends birthday today, so I don't really have much more time to share, but I promise I'll be back with more pictures tonight/tomorrow after they have plenty of time to come back up to room temp. They are a pain to get out of the crate, I can tell you that!

I spent all day wiring brook boards into one of the vewlix's, and setting up the ps4 to work with the speakers, etc.

And last night, the girlfriend and I played the konami simpsons game, we beat it...took about 10 dollars in quarters. She had a good time though.

I plan on playing SF5, and dragon ball fighters on the ps4 one.

I will likely sell my spare one that is wired up with a pandora's box and coin mech to someone on the forums here, I've had a bunch of messages.

I will also likely try and set up a group buy for the forums, if there are enough interested people, and from the messages I've received already there likely will be, but I will make a separate thread about that in a week or so.

No real issues, aside from a couple of the buttons were wired for the wrong position, easily fixed. Thanks for the thought.

They are fabulous, the wiring work was top notch, aside from a couple of button mix ups, but easily fixed since they're quick disconnect.

The monitor on the ps4 vewlix is a commercial grade 1080p samsung panel, i haven't noticed any lag whatsoever when playing SF5. That panel was considerably more expensive than the LG 720p panel in the other vewlix. That being said, I haven't noticed any lag playing 3rd strike on the LG vewlix with pandora's box.

I believe both panels are 8ms TYP GTG time. And 1 frame in a fighting game is around 16.67ms.
