There are commercial small arcade cabinets. Ben Heck took one and put it in a GBA style case:

I'm getting older.
I need something bigger that I don't need my glasses on to play.
(Apparently my Mother was right...)

Forget the screen size...the sticks and buttons are sized for a toddler. I don't understand the point of these microscopic things, beyond just building it to say you can...they're functionally worthless.
