I was hoping you'd be there, cause I've never met you. You stood me up.
But yeah, if there were another Ottawa one, I'd go for sure, I always go to the meets.

Didnt realize there was one a while back.

And no, I haven't stood you up, the same thing I told you back then still stands.

When my house gets put back together, and I get my possessions back (including my classic games) from storage, I can go through what was actually salvaged and be ina position to tell you what I have.

Neither of those things has happened yet.
If you feel its inconvenient for you, imagine how I feel.

I'm into the idea of Kingston too ... nice compromise halfway between Ottawa and Toronto.
Systems I collect for:

Atari 7800, Atari XL/XE, Atari Jaguar
Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, Nintendo NES, Nintendo GameCube, Wii

No no, I completely understand.
I was just kidding when I wrote "you stood me up."
I was just trying to show my current fragile emotional state.

I won't be showing up to anymore meets as I got all the stuff I want and any stuff I do decide I want would never be at a meet anyway.. haha

Well.. I have given it some thought and I just wanted to say that I would strongly consider organizing something in Kingston but I would like some time to prepare for it and I would rather have it in September or October. That way all of the students will be here and attendance would likely be higher. Personally, I think Kingston is the perfect place to have this sort of thing. Feedback would be appreciated.

Go for it Birdie3. I'd suggest looking into one of the rooms at Queens university. Back when I lived there the JDUC (John Deutch (sp?) Univ Center) was pretty reasonable; we had a member of the Queens gaming club who got our rooms for free. :)

I can make it to Toronto (Don Valley Parkway) from Brockville in 3 hours, now I'm about 45 minutes east of K-town if this helps at all. I think we should get about 30 people and rent a hotel room that night, oh yeah and have a game show or something the next day.
Cheers

P.S. Charlesaway, I'm saving 2 extra seats in the van in case I see you parked on the side of the road again.
